Plug in. It plays. Forever.

Trivia night that runs itself — on the TV you already own.

LLUMIVIA is a plug-in appliance that turns any bar TV into an always-on, host-free trivia night. Guests scan a QR code and compete from their phones — no app, no host, no laptop, no staff effort. You just sell more drinks.

The math

Trivia night fills bars. The host fee is what kills it.

A hosted trivia company charges $150–500 per night — $650 to $2,000 a month for one weekly show. LLUMIVIA runs that night for about $34, and every other night of the week is included.

How it works

From box to first game in one minute

1

Plug it in

HDMI and power into any TV. The box arrives already bound to your venue — your name on screen from the very first boot. No installer, no laptop, no setup wizard.

2

Guests scan the QR

The join code lives on screen at all times, so anyone can jump in mid-game. Phones become the controllers — teams form at the table and the whole bar competes on one leaderboard.

3

It plays forever

Shows start themselves and roll straight into the next one, all night. Power cut? Internet down? It recovers to playing trivia — never to an error screen. Scheduled flagship nights are on the roadmap for launch venues.

Built for bars

Everything a great trivia night needs. Nothing you have to manage.

Questions that never repeat

Every question shown at your bar is tracked on the box and never comes back until the whole pool has played through. A weekly This Week round adds fresh topical questions, and anything live play proves broken retires itself.

Auto-host with real showmanship

Timed reveals, early reveals the moment every table has locked in, leaderboards between rounds and a podium finale — pacing that keeps the room moving, and it never calls in sick on a Tuesday.

Leagues that build regulars

Season standings per venue turn one-time players into every-week teams: points for showing up, more for the podium, and the season top five on every finale screen.

Wagers, speed rounds, picture rounds

Double-or-nothing rounds and point-wager finales (points, never money), fastest-finger bonuses, and image rounds — the formats that keep good trivia nights electric.

Proof it's working

Shows played, average teams a night, how many teams come back, and your best night — the Pulse tab in the staff console tells you whether trivia night is actually pulling people in.

Your promos between rounds

Your house promos — happy-hour specials, upcoming events — rotate on the TV during the show and on players' phones between questions. On the Sponsor plan, upload your sponsors' ads and keep the revenue.

FAQ

Questions bar owners ask us

Do I need a trivia host or any staff to run it?

No. LLUMIVIA is fully autonomous — the auto-host runs the whole show with timed reveals, early reveals once every table has locked in, leaderboards and a podium. Staff can start, restart or restyle the show from a phone if they ever want to, but nothing requires them to touch it.

How do my guests play?

They scan the QR code on your TV with their phone camera, name their team, and start answering — under 15 seconds, no app download, no account. One phone answers for the table, and the whole bar competes on one live leaderboard.

What equipment do I need?

Just a TV with an HDMI port and power. The box is bound to your venue before it ships — plug in HDMI and power and it boots straight into trivia in under a minute. Ethernet or your WiFi keeps content fresh, and the whole question bank lives on the box, so it keeps playing even when your internet doesn't.

Will questions repeat for my regulars?

No — every question shown at your bar is tracked on the box and never comes back until the whole pool has been played. Thousands of questions ship on the box, a weekly This Week round adds fresh topical ones, and questions that live play proves broken retire themselves.

What does it cost, and is there a contract?

Plans start at $149/mo, month-to-month, appliance included, and your first month is free — prove it works on your own floor before paying anything. No 6-month commitments like the legacy players. A limited number of founding venues lock in Core at $99/mo for their first 12 months.

That works out to about $34 per trivia night ($23 at the founding rate). A hosted trivia company typically charges $150–500 for a single night.

What about prizes and gambling rules?

All game mechanics are points-only — wagers and finales bet points, never money. Prizes are whatever you choose to offer (a gift card, a bar tab) and are awarded on skill, keeping your trivia night a contest, not a sweepstakes.
